Before bushfire season
Long, dry grass close to a house is fuel. Cutting it back in spring, before the hotter months, is one of the simplest things you can do to prepare a mountains property. We can put your block on a pre-season visit each year.
Vacant and absentee blocks
If you own a block you don't live on, we can keep it cut on a set schedule so it stays tidy and doesn't draw complaints from neighbours or council.

Overgrown Block Clearing questions
How long is too long for a normal mow?
Once grass is above about 20 cm it needs brushcutting first. We'll quote it as a clearing job, then move you to regular mowing.
Do you clear blackberry?
We cut back light blackberry and weed regrowth. Large infestations may need a specialist, and we'll tell you if so.
Can you keep a vacant block maintained?
Yes. Most vacant blocks need a cut every six to eight weeks in the growing season.
